Quick Assist instructions
- Click the “GET ASSISTANCE” button. In the Get help section, enter the security code in the “Security code from assistant” box. Click the “Submit” button.
- Accept the request from S & S to begin the remote assistance session.
- Wait for your device to connect with ours and grant control of your device.
